Josh Rosa

General Manager

Born in Indiana, Josh Rosa grew up in Franklin, Tennessee and worked in various restaurants across the country before now returning home to Franklin to bring his robust and well-rounded hospitality knowledge to Culaccino as General Manager.

With more than 14 years of experience, Rosa was drawn to a career in hospitality because of the people and the industry’s dedication for bringing groups together to create memorable experiences. Equipped with a BarSmarts Advanced Certification and Introductory Sommelier Certification, Rosa continues to learn and develop his career to always provide guests an even better dining experience than the last. With a strong hand in the creation of Culaccino’s robust and thoughtful wine list, Rosa is currently studying for the Certified Specialist of Wine program through the Society of Wine Educators, a widely recognized and regarded distinction in the hospitality industry. Prior to Culaccino, Rosa worked with top sommelier’s and James Beard Award-winning chefs at Denver’s Mercantile Dining & Provision as Beer Director, and in Tennessee as the Beverage Director & Floor Manager of Public House Chattanooga.

In his spare time, Rosa can be found writing and recording original music, exploring Tennessee’s hiking trails and bingeing sci-fi shows at home with his family in Mount Juliet, Tennessee.
